so we are off to the emerald city to have a visit with that sweet new baby girl...
wingman insists that he is a big brother, not a cousin...i tried to explain, but apparently cousins can only be girls...and since he is not a girl, he is not a cousin...therefore, he is a big brother...
he also insists that the baby's name is fred...
but the highlight of this trip is apparently the knowledge that we will be riding a city bus...this has caused no end of excitement for the boys...a city bus...you'd think i just told them we were going to disneyland...
go figure...
anyhow, off we go, unbridled excitement and all...to ride a city bus and visit wingman's new baby sister named fred...

oh, by the way those donuts didn't happen yesterday...i was right in the middle of the making when i posted (the dough has to chill three hours) and then realized too late that i had the wrong sort of canned pumpkin...big ol' bummer...BUT, tomorrow, tomorrow is the day...i'll let you know how they turn out...
